Jesse has years of real estate experience helping both buyers and sellers. From 2017 through 2021 he specialized in listings and new homes marketing strategies. His success helped his clients sell their home quickly and for top dollar. In addition, Jesse also put his negotiation experience to work for both home buyers and sellers. Saving some of his buyers more than $20,000 on their home purchases.
Working hard for his builders and sellers by getting the most out of their homes and helping them to sell quickly. Developing a marketing and advertising strategy that included video, online advertising, lead generation systems, social media advertising, local direct ads, and direct selling through advertising campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing. All working to get his sellers and builders top dollar for their home. Some homes sold in 1 to 3 days of being listed and over the asking price. When agents couldn’t sell certain homes that had challenges, Jesse was able to take a unique marketing approach and get those listings sold.
Jesse Carroll's extensive background in business and web development aids his Real Estate career and allows him to do more for his client’s listings and buying needs. His professional background includes banking, lending, insurance, small business management, business development, and construction development. He has owned several of his own businesses and helped many business owners develop their businesses. He has always been a leader and entrepreneur at heart.
Jesse has also worked for and managed several small businesses, while helping them become more organized and efficient. Some of the industries Jesse was involved with were marketing, advertising, food service, entertainment, financial, and even construction. Working in so many different industries helped to give him extensive insight into what works and what doesn't when it comes to running a small business.
In Jesse's early twenties he ventured into graphic design and web development. He has learned several desktop publishing platforms such as Adobe; Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Flash, Fireworks, Illustrator, Muse, Lightroom, Premier, etc. He also studied a variety of website platforms and builders, allowing him to work with many different customers no matter what platform they were using.
Jesse has also studied marketing, advertising, brand development, business management, and finance. Today he continues to research and develop new skills to apply to his own business. His personal development is what sets him apart from his competition. He doesn't just learn about different aspects of business but applies and uses what he learns in every area of his own business, allowing his business to keep its competitive edge.
